Darienne Schoonmaker

As Business Support Strategist at Regency Capital, Darienne partners closely with the CEO to advance key initiatives, offering support across planning, execution, and problem-solving. She brings structure, clarity, and momentum, drawing on a diverse background in business operations and executive support.

Prior to joining Regency Capital, Darienne was a business operations manager at a tech startup, where she played a central role in cross-functional coordination, internal systems development, and executive support. Throughout her career, she has helped senior leaders stay focused by streamlining workflows, managing competing priorities, and identifying operational gaps.

Before moving to Bainbridge Island, Washington, Darienne grew up in Orange County, California. Darienne earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. Outside of work, she brings her leadership and passion for mentorship to her role as the head coach of a high school cheerleading program.
